Regent Hong Kong and Shake Shack Serve a Limited-Edition Foie Gras Burger

From 12 November to 12 December 2025, Regent Hong Kong’s The Lobby Lounge is hosting a unique collaboration with Shake Shack, introducing the Foie Gras Shack—a luxurious take on the classic ShackBurger®.

The burger features a 100% Angus beef patty, Gruyere cheese, rich foie gras torchon, caramelized onion, black truffle mayo, crispy onion, frisée, and chives on a soft potato bun. For those seeking extra indulgence, a double Angus patty option is available. The collaboration also includes Shack Caviar Fries, a twist on Shake Shack’s signature crinkle-cut fries, served with crème fraîche bavarois, chives, and caviar.

The pop-up experience at The Lobby Lounge pairs the limited-edition menu with unobstructed views of Victoria Harbour, offering a casual yet elevated dining atmosphere. Guests can enjoy everything from the Foie Gras Shack alone to full combinations with fries, with prices ranging from HK$195 to HK$410.

For those looking to complement the meal with champagne, Dom Pérignon White Luminous Vintage 2015 is available by the glass or bottle, adding a celebratory touch to the harbourfront setting.

The first 100 guests on 12 November will receive a special-edition goodie bag as part of the launch. Reservations are available online through Regent Hong Kong’s booking platform.
