Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA) 2026 has officially opened at the Singapore EXPO, bringing together key players from the global food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. Running from April 21–24, the event combines Food & Beverage and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Café) segments, while co-locating with ProWine Singapore and IndusFood Asia.
Spread across 10 halls, FHA 2026 features more than 2,750 exhibitors from over 115 countries and regions, including 76 group pavilions showcasing over 800,000 products and innovations. International participation remains strong, with global exhibitors accounting for nearly 80% of the showcase.
The European Union has been named the Region of Honour for this edition, spotlighting premium products and culinary offerings from across Europe.
Innovation remains a major focus through the FutureFWD segment, which highlights emerging food technology solutions alongside expanded showcases in Coffee, Bar & Tea, Fresh Produce, and Dairy. Culinary competitions such as the Young Chefs Grand Prix, Asian Pastry Cup, and FHA Bakery & Dessert Challenges further add to the event’s industry appeal.
Positioning itself as a one-stop platform for Asia’s F&B ecosystem, FHA 2026 continues to strengthen Singapore’s role as a regional hub for hospitality and food trade.
