Bottega S.p.A. has won a Gold Medal at the 2026 edition of the International Wine & Spirits Competition for its Vino dei Poeti Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Cartizze Dry, which scored 95 points.
The award-winning Prosecco is made from grapes grown exclusively in the Cartizze area of Valdobbiadene, one of the most highly regarded zones within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG region. The area’s steep vineyards, favourable climate and mineral-rich soils contribute to the wine’s distinctive character.

Produced in a dry style with a dosage of 22 g/l, the wine offers aromas of apple, apricot and peach, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity with a lingering finish.
The Cartizze is suited as an aperitif and pairs well with soft cheeses, asparagus risotto and desserts featuring vanilla cream or shortcrust pastry.
Bottega also picked up a Bronze Medal for its Bottega Gold, known for its signature gold-finished bottle.
Based in Bibano di Godega, Bottega produces wines, sparkling wines, grappas and liqueurs, with its products available in 165 countries. The company also continues to focus on sustainability across its operations.
